  1. Join Meeting

Join Scheduled Meetings


The meeting of the organizer or invitee will be displayed on the right side of the interface. Tap Join next to the corresponding meeting to enter the meeting.

Join Teams and Zoom Call with Meeting ID

  1. Tap Join with Meeting ID  and select Teams or Zoom and enter the meeting ID and password for the meeting.
  2. Tap Join Meeting.
  3. In the meeting, tap 菜单栏-更多 > Detail to view the meeting ID and meeting password.

Auto Framing


Introduction

Auto-framing is mainly based on face detection, which provides real-time detection and position tracking on all faces in the meeting room. The camera can be automatically adjusted based on changes in the number and location of participants. For the operation video, please refer to Auto Framing.

How to Use

1. Tap the left and right sidebars .

2. Go to Camera Control > Intelligent Tracking > Auto Framing.

Speaker Tracking

Introduction

The camera will automatically detect and track the speaker in real-time in the conference room. For the operation video, please refer to Speaker Tracking.

Multi-focus

Introduction

For multi-person meetings, a separate close-up of each participant is cropped so that more participants appear on the screen and fully discuss with the other party, making the meeting more realistic.

This feature is applicable to horizontal meeting rooms and supports up to six split-screen images. When the split-screen image is more than six, the meeting image will switch to Auto Framing to display all participants. To create a perfect video meeting experience, the distance between participants should be at least 30 cm.

Before You Begin

For better camera framing effects, please refer to How to achieve better camera framing?.

How to Use

1. Tap the left and right sidebars .

2. Go to Camera Control > Intelligent Tracking > Multi-focus.

Change Meeting Background

You can change the background in the meeting to replace the meeting background with a different image.

Record the video screen of the meeting.

  • The recorded meeting file is saved to OneDrive SharePoint.

  • The Whiteboard content will not be recorded.

Enable Share Whiteboard

You can share the whiteboard in a meeting. For more information, please refer to Whiteboard.

NOTE

  • The shared whiteboard is not available for instant meetings.

  • Some accounts do not support sharing the whiteboard and need administrator to assign permissions. For how to assign, please refer to Manage access to Microsoft Whiteboard for your organization.

  • When you share a whiteboard, the remote participants can write on the same whiteboard as you.

  • It supports two people writing on the local whiteboard at the same time.

You can use brushes, erase, text, and sticky notes on the whiteboard when meeting.

Sharing your screen not on teams call using USB-C Dongle

This is only to be used to display a laptop on the screen to be used for internal viewing (does not display laptop display during the teams call on the screen).

If plugged in via USB-C - this will just work, and will start displaying on the TV once recognised.




If plugged in with USB-A - this will appear as a USB memorystick and will need to run the software on there to show on the screen. This may need IT assistance to provide admin credentials, so please check with enough time to get this sorted.











Wall mounted TV


Wired HDMI

To connect your laptop to the TV, use the HDMI cable that is in the well of the desk nearest the door. Ensure the TV input is set to “HDMI 3” using the “AV” button on the TV remote. If your laptop does not have a standard HDMI output, then there are adapters suitable for most devices provided for use with the HDMI cable.
To use these adapters, you need to plug in the connector that fits, and then make sure the HDMI cable is plugged into the other end of that adapter.

Note: The TV Smart Features may try to add this as an item in its list of media. From here, you can select HDMI 3, or use source button to re-select HDMI 3 and it will then display the laptop.


Wireless

If you have a Supported Device and would prefer to use Wireless Casting, you can do so. This uses the devices Wi-Fi connection, so Wi-Fi must be switched on.



  1. On your PC, Press Windows Key + K to open the menu to search for wireless displays.
  2. Select “CRC-ConferenceRoom”.
  3. Once prompted on the TV, select to Allow connection
  4. Once connected, use the remote to select the PC display and make full screen.

By default – this will mirror the laptops screen. For any resolution changes or other display setting changes, use the built in Windows settings.
