Changing Default Printer

Using Windows Settings

To change the default printer, click on the Start Button and type “Printer” in the search box, and click open.






Select the printer installed that you wish to set as default, and click “manage”. On this screen, select “Set as default”, and this will change the Printer Status to show that your default printer has changed. 


























Using Control Panel

To change the default printer in control panel, you first need to select “View devices and printers”.




Once this is open, you will get a list of Printers installed. To change any of them to be the default printer, right click on it and select “set as default printer”.
